Facility and Field Rentals

These rules apply to both indoor and outdoor facilities:

To ensure that our park facilities are kept in good and working condition and to ensure that we preserve the public peace and to contribute to the safety and enjoyment of the users of such park, the rules and regulations set forth herein shall apply and be in effect.  Violations of said rules and regulations will result in revocation of this permit, eviction and possible additional expenses incurred through damage or violation.

On the day of your reservation, a member of the Park Maintenance Staff will open and close the facility for you.

• Please adhere to all maximum occupancy regulations
• No Alcohol Allowed
• No Smoking permitted in the enclosed facilities
• No live bands or DJ’s permitted
• No fires other than in the grills
• No Food Trucks
• All facilities come “As Is”
• No Inflatable Structures (Bounce Houses)
• No Tents larger than 10 X 10
• A reservation may be cancelled with two weeks notice.  Cancellations or date transfers must be submitted in writing.  A $10.00 administrative fee will be withheld from the refund.  A $20.00 fee will be charged for transfers requested within 2 weeks of the original reservation date. (Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will result in loss of entire refund)
• There will be a $20 charge for any returned check
• No person shall disturb the peace and good order in any park
• Domestic animals, including dogs and cats, must be kept on a leash and horses are not allowed in the park at any time
• There are no unauthorized, motorized vehicles (ATV’s, snowmobiles, motorbikes) permitted in the parks or on park trails
• No person shall bathe, wade or swim within the park.  Boats, life rafts, inner tubes and similar aquatic devices are strictly prohibited
• No vehicle shall be operated on any road within the park at a speed exceeding (15)miles per hour
• Firearms, including any type of weapon, fireworks, explosives and dangerous instruments (as defined by Penal Law) are forbidden within the park at any time
• The permit holder shall be on the premises at all times during the rental period and shall be responsible for cleanup of the facility.
• All litter shall be deposited in receptacles placed in the park or facility
• All tables and chairs must be cleaned of major litter
• Lodges and cottages should be left in the state in which it was found
• The floor of the facility must be free of major debris
• The kitchen and restrooms must be free of matter brought in by the group
• The permit holder/group members shall conform to any reasonable requests as stated by staff member present
• This form must be presented at time of occupancy
  

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE STATED RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL RESULT IN EVICTION AND MAY JEOPARDIZE FUTURE USE OF TOWN FACILITIES
