PMD SOUTH BUILDING ADDITION, located at 727 Rowley Road, is requesting approval to construct a 19,870 square foot addition to the south side of the existing building. The property is owned by Rowley Real Estate Prop, LLC and is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
BELL MINOR SUBDIVSION, located at 364 Fisher Road, is requesting approval to subdivide a 6.395-acre parcel into two lots. Lot 1 consists of the existing house on 3.233 acres and Lot 2 is proposing to construct a new single family house on 3.162 acres. The property is owned by Roger & Genna Bell and is zoned LDD.
GARDNER POLE BARN, located at 7140 Lane Road, is requesting approval to amend the current building permit for a pole barn from 780 square feet to 1,140 square feet. The property is owned by Shawn Gardner and is zoned Residential.
