FAIRWAYS TOWNHOMES, 652/ 654 Championship Drive, seeking an area variance for business use signage in a residential area, the proposed sign may be within’ 35’ from the road right-of-way as well. Applicant needs to provide clarification of exact location of signage. The parcel lies within the Residential 2 district and is owned by Championship Realty, LLC.
