Public hearings will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, November 6, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.

(2) states accessory structures are not permitted to be forward of the frontline of the principal structure. This parcel lies within the Residential 2 Zoning district and is owned by John Billone.
HADLOCK, 7273 St Rt 96, for Area Variance for updated signage located at the property because the previously existing sign did not conform to the existing sign code, the update to the sign did not meet the exemption listed in §165-3. B. Signs that advertise a particular brand for sale are prohibited per §165-6. N. Free standing monument signs are not permitted to identify specific businesses per §165-5.B(1) and Signs are required to be monument style a opposed to pylon style per §165-4.A(9) This parcel lies within the Commercial Zoning district and the route 96/251 overlay district and is owned by Dacey Realty Associates.
