GLAZER IN GROUND POOL, located at 204 Miles Cutting Lane, is requesting approval to install a gunite pool and spa, patio area, dining area and fence on the 1.7-acre parcel. The property is owned by Brett Glazer and is zoned Limited Development District.
LITE COMS BUILDING EXPANSION, located at 7321 State Route 251, is requesting approval to construct a 20,000 +/- square foot building with associated utilities, drainage and 71 new parking spaces on a 9.7-acre parcel. The property is owned by 7321 Victor Mendon LLC and is zoned Light Industrial.
