Outdoor Events Exceeding 2000 Persons Operating Permit

Any Outdoor event, gathering, or assemblage of 2000 persons or more in the Town of Victor shall obtain a Mass Gathering Permit from the Town of Victor Clerks Office. The Mass Gathering Permit shall serve as the Operating Permit.
