GULLACE UTILITY SITE PLAN, located on Lynaugh Road, is requesting approval for the proposed installation of sanitary sewers and storm sewers through the portions of town lands to connect to existing utilities along Lynaugh Road. The property is owned by Lynaugh Road Properties LLC and is zoned Multiple Dwelling.
WOODS AT VALENTOWN SECTION 2- 4 PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION, located at High Point Drive, applicant is requesting preliminary approval for 71 for-sale townhouse units, and one 4-story apartment building with 100 units within Section 2-4. This will also include two Home Owners Association lots for this project. The property is owned by Woods at Valentown LLC and is zoned PDD.
