LEGAL NOTICE

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:

VALENTI MINOR SUBDIVISION, located at 6948 Aldridge Road, is requesting approval to subdivide a 7.04-acre parcel into two proposed lots.  Lot 1 will consist of 6.408 acres and existing house, and Lot 2 will consist of .623 acres. The property is owned by Kathleen Valenti and is zoned Residential.

AT&T CINGULAR WIRELESS, located at 914 Brownsville Road, is requesting approval to modify its equipment and installing (3) panel antennas, (6) pipe-to-pipe clamps, (3) 2-12” 10-0” pipes. The property is owned by Crown Castle and is zoned Residential.

VICTOR COMMUNITY CHURCH FRONT ADDITION, located at 7500-7512 State Route 251, is requesting approval to construct an expansion of 6,920 sf for additional classroom and activity space. The property is owned by Victor Community Church and is zoned Light Industrial.

WOODS AT VALENTOWN SECTION 1 REAPPROVAL, located on High Point Drive, is requesting reapproval of the June 26, 2022, approved site plan for Woods at Valentown.  Section 1 consists of the construction of two 42-unit buildings, a proposed clubhouse and associated site layout.  The property is owned by Valentown Woods LLC and is zoned Planned Development District.
