A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Francis & Jillian Ferrari, 20 Valley View Drive, for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to build single family home with a front setback of 30 feet where zoning code §170-10.E (1) requires 40 feet.
The property is located in the R-1 one family residential zoning district.
