LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees passed a resolution at their January 5, 2026 meeting authorizing the Treasurer to transfer funds in the amount of $435,000 from the Street Reserve Account to the Coville Street Reconstruction Project Account.
This transfer is subject to a permissive referendum. All petitions seeking a permissive referendum must be filed with the office of the Village Clerk, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York within 30 days of the date of this notice.
