FORESTER, 7404 SR 96, the applicant is requesting a sprinkler waiver for a Fine Arts Studio, where § 83-4F(2)(d) states a sprinkler is required. The parcel lies within the commercial district and is owned by Susan Forester.
ENGEBRECHT, 7659 St Rt 251, applicant is requesting a use variance to allow the 3-unit apartment building to remain where § 211-2. R2 District Regulations state only 2 units are allowed. The property lies within the Residential 2 zoning district and is owned by Kurt Engebrecht.
