NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TO UPDATE CHAPTER §83 CONSTRUCTION CODES, UNIFORM
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the 2020 version of the Uniform Code is referenced in Town of Victor code definitions. It is the opinion of the Code Enforcement Officers and Fire Marshal based on guidance from the New York State Division of Building Codes and Standards to be removing “2020” from these definitions; the Town Code will maintain compliance with the newly adopted 2025 Uniform Code; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE at the Victor Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on December 8, 2025, at 7:00PM, at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider this application and at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00PM on November 24, 2025. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork with text commenting available.
