NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO AMEND HIGH POINT BUSINESS PARK (WOODS AT VALENTOWN) PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Victor received an application from BME Associates seeking to amend the High Point Business Park Planned Development District (Woods at Valentown) formerly the "HOA Lot" in the Town of Victor specifically the preliminary development plan that had been approved in relation to the area described in Section 211-27.4, Paragraph 8(3) of the Victor Town Code; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Victor Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on November 24, 2025, at 7:00PM, at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider this application and at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00PM on February 10, 2025. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork with text commenting available.
