A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
BUNES, 7730 Pine Tree Drive, the applicant is requesting an area variance for an existing shed to remain where it is 9.9 feet from the property line where §211-19. C. states accessory uses, such as storage sheds, must observe a 15 foot setback. The parcel lies within Residential 1 district and is owned by Alf Bunes.
PHOENIX MILLS, 100-410 Phoenix Mills Plaza, the applicant is seeking an amendment to the variance granted December 2, 2024 to allow a pergola forward of the frontline of the primary structure. The request is to allow the pergola to have lighting. The parcel lies within the light industrial district and is owned by Hendler and Associates, LLC.
