NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM REGARDING AUTHORIZATION FOR THE TOWN OF VICTOR TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 700 EASTVIEW MALL DRIVE, VICTOR, NEW YORK
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on September 30th, 2025, the Town Board of the Town of Victor duly adopted a Resolution entitled, “Authorization for the Town of Victor to Lease Property located at 700 Eastview Mall”; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Resolution is summarized as follows:
The Town Board of the Town of Victor, by said Resolution, the New York Supreme Court, County of Ontario issued a Vesting Order Pursuant to the New York State Eminent Domain Procedure Law (“EDPL”) transferring title and ownership of property located at 700 Eastview Mall Drive, comprising approximately 8.4 acres and having Tax Map Identification No. 6.00-1-12.60 (“Premises”), and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that said Resolution is subject to permissive referendum – and a petition opposing said Resolution must be filed within 30 days after adoption of the Resolution
