A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of John Gaudieri, for a change of use at 8 South High St.
The applicant is proposing to change the use of the existing commercial business to three residential apartments. The property is situated in the Village Center Business Zoning District.
