LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of 60 Maple Ave./DeWolf Brewing, for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to have two separate wall signs, one 2” thick painted white aluminum halo-lit 48” x 142” mounted sign and a 10” x 30” 1.5” thick painted aluminum non-lit sign which together are over 30 sq. ft. where code allows a max of 30 sq. ft. See Section 130-5.B (1)(a).
