BOW WOW DOG SALON, located at 7235 State Route 96, is requesting approval to operate a dog grooming and kennel facility at an existing building. It would include 43 kennels, a grooming area, office space and a fenced in area. The property is owned by 14 Island Holding LLC and is zoned Light Industrial.
WALMART BUILDING ADDITION, located at 441 Commerce Drive, is requesting approval to construct a 1,974 square-foot addition to the northwest side of the existing building in place of the existing asphalt. Online pickup and delivery area will increase their pickup spots from 8-24. The property is owned by Main Street Shop LLC and is zoned Commercial.
