LEGAL NOTICE
Please take notice that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees passed a resolution at their August 4, 2025 meeting authorizing the Treasurer to transfer an amount not to exceed $32,725.00 from the Equipment Reserve A232E to account 1640.2 – Central Garage to purchase a 2023 HAMM Tandem Roller.
This transfer is subject to a permissive referendum. All petitions seeking a permissive referendum must be filed with the office of the Village Clerk, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York within 30 days of the date of this notice.
