A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
PRESUTTI, 781 Duck Hollow, the applicant is requesting an area variance to construct a fence within an easement to the Town of Victor. As stated in section 211-41, fences shall not be installed in violation of restrictions on real property, included but not limited to, easements. The parcel lies within the Residential 2 district and is owned by Nicholas Presutti.
