A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
DUERR / BOW WOW SALON, 7235 SR 96, seeking relief from §211-22B.(1) requirement of minimum 2 acres of land for a dog kennel. The parcel is 1.055 acres. This parcel lies within the Light Industrial Zoning district and is owned by 14 Island Holding, LLC.
EHRNE, 436 Cline Road, seeking an area variance to install 42’ black 2 rail style fence along southside of driveway 105’ and along the northside of the driveway 17’ the fence is proposed forward of the frontline of the primary structure and within an easement to Monroe County Water Authority where §211-41 states fences over 2 feet high shall not be erected nearer to the road than the frontline of the principal building and fences shall not be installed in violation of restrictions on real property, including, but not limited to, easements. The parcel lies within the Residential 2 district and is owned by Franklin Ehrne.
