HERRGESELL FENCE, located at 118 Fisher Road, is requesting approval to install a chain link fence to mark the northern property line. The property is owned by Carl Herrgesell and is zoned LDD.
WARNER POLE BARN, located at 8018 Taylor Road, is requesting approval to construct a 2,400 square foot barn for personal use. The property is owned by Michele Warner and is zoned Residential.
KEYSTONE FIREWORKS TENT, located at 7161 State Route 96, is requesting approval to set up a 20’ x 40’ tent to operate a retail sale of sparkler products for the 4th of July holiday. Operating hours will be from 9am – 9pm daily, increasing to 10:30 pm on July 3rd and 4th. The property is owned by BB Route 96 LLC and is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
TNT FIREWORKS TENT, located at 40 Square Drive, is requesting approval to set up a 20’ x 40’ tent to operate a retail sale of sparkler products for the 4th of July holiday from June 20th to July 5th. Operating hours will be from 9am – 10pm daily. The property is owned by MSF EASTGATE 1 LLC and is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
NORBUT SOLAR FARM, located at Main Street Fishers, is requesting approval to develop a 4.428 MWAC solar energy facility on 34.93-acre parcel consisting of forest and meadowland. The property is owned by Fishers Hollow LLC and is zoned Residential.
