A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Michael & Shannon Foster, 53 Walling Street, for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to build an attached covered patio structure that will extend beyond the zoning code by approximately 5 feet, resulting in a rear yard depth of approximately 24 feet, 7 inches where pursuant to § 170-12 1R-4, E, 3 the rear yard depth shall not be less than 30 feet.
The property is located in the R-4 one family residential zoning district.
