Applicant is removing existing RRH units & existing antenna and installing (2) RRH units and (1) antenna on existing platform. The property is owned by 600 Fishers LLC and is zoned Light Industrial.
HOSELTON ENTERPRISES SITE PLAN AND CHANGE OF USE, located at 7447 State Route 96, is requesting approval to open as a wholesale/retail auto sales facility which includes replacement of existing fence, adding fencing, replacement of lights and improved parking lot. The property is owned by 7447 Route 96 LLC and is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
