A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
O’CONNELL ELECTRIC, 830 Phillips Road, seeking a sprinkler waiver to utilize an existing one-story,2,958 SF wood-framed (Type V construction) pole barn located 141’ behind their corporate headquarters at 830 Phillips Rd, Victor, NY 14564. Their intent is to repurpose this structure for the storage of temperature-sensitive equipment. This parcel lies within the Ligh Industrial Zoning district and is owned by 830 Phillips Road, LLC.
HIGHLINE SIGN, 7652 Main Street Fishers, seeking an area variance to place a sign to identify the subdivision, the sign will have solar downlighting whereas §165-5 A. states Business use signs are not permitted in any Residential District and §165-4 A. (7) states No sign within a residential district may be lit unless it is a permitted sign for a permitted or special permitted business use or permitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals. The parcel lies within the Light Industrial district and is owned by Morell Builders, Inc.
