A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
HARRIF, 7600 North Road, seeking an area variance to place a 28' x 35' detached garage forward of the frontline of the house and setback 38' from the centerline of the road and 5' from the property line when §211-31 G. (2) states accessory structures are not permitted to be forward of the frontline of the principal structure. This parcel lies within the Residential 2 Zoning district and is owned by Brendan and Lauren Harriff.
