TOWN OF VICTOR - ADOPTION OF PDD LAW
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town Board of the Town of Victor advertised and held a public hearing regarding a rezoning application and proposed PDD law for 14.2± acres of property located on the east side of Victor Heights Parkway, north of Route 251 which is located in the Town’s Route 96/251 Overlay District and zoned Light Industrial. Pursuant to SEQRA the Town Board issued a Negative Declaration and after due deliberation adopted the PDD law to amend the Official Zoning Map and Chapter 211 Zoning to create Section 211-27.17 Lehigh Place Planned Development District on February 26, 2025.
