LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Mitchell Design Build on behalf of Maguire Family Properties, Inc. located at 62 School Street. The proposed project will consist of subdividing several tax parcels into one property and building an 18,170 square foot building. The new structure would house a new bar/restaurant, indoor mini glow golf and indoor skydiving, adjacent to the Bright Raven Gymnastics facility. This project would have an estimated total disturbance of 3.85 acres and is located in the Industrial zoning district.
