The Town of Victor will receive bids for the Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon Project. Sealed bids will be received, and bids publicly opened and read at the following place and time:

General Project Description: This project includes the purchase of three complete Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) systems and related Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) signage for three trail crossing in the Town and Village of Victor. The RRFB is a pedestrian-actuated (push button) conspicuity enhancement used in combination with a pedestrian, school, or trail crossing warning sign to improve safety at uncontrolled, marked crosswalks.
The specifications for the Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon project may be obtained at no cost from either the Town Clerk’s office or the Department of Parks and Recreation who are administering the project.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
The Town of Victor is exempt under New York State Tax Law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Town of Victor reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Town of Victor further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
All bidding questions or Requests for Information must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Friday, March 21, 2025.
