LEGAL NOTICE
Please take notice that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees passed a resolution at their February 17, 2025 meeting authorizing the Treasurer to transfer an amount not to exceed $10,000 from the Snow Removal Reserve A232M to account A5142.4 – Snow Removal to purchase road salt.
This transfer is subject to a permissive referendum. All petitions seeking a permissive referendum must be filed with the office of the Village Clerk, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York within 30 days of the date of this notice.
