FOUR WINDS CHIMNEY SITE PLAN MODIFICATION, located at 770 Canning Parkway, is requesting approval to install overhead doors to the east building face and additional pavement installation along the east wall of the building to allow employees to load vans and trailers with necessary materials. The property is owned by 770 Canning Parkway LLC and is zoned Light Industrial.
LSI LOOPED DRIVEWAY, located at 7796 State Route 251, is requesting approval to connect the eastern and westernmost driveways with a 1,400-foot driveway to provide access to the vacant areas of the property. The property is owned by Route 251 Acquisitions LLC and is zoned Light Industrial.
ELLIOTT POLE BARN, located at 6415 Bortle Road, is requesting approval to construct a 60 foot by 40 foot pole barn on 4.27 acre parcel. The property is owned by Fred Elliott and is zoned Residential.
