LEGAL NOTICE

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:

The public has the opportunity to attend, listen and observe this meeting live on YouTube.  The link will be provided on the victorny.org website prior to the meeting, to consider the following applications:

CROWN CASTLE/T-MOBILE, located at 914 Brownsville Road, is requesting approval to remove and replace antennas at existing wireless communication facility. The property is owned by Crown Castle and is zoned Residential 2.

BELL ATLANTIC/VERIZON, located at 200 Cobblestone Court, is requesting approval to remove and replace antennas at existing wireless communication facility. The property is owned by Cobblestone Court LLC and is zoned Commercial.

ALADDIN’S NATURAL EATERY SITE PLAN, located at 8053 State Route 96, is requesting approval to allow exterior seating by retrofitting the existing landscaped area on the east side of the building. The property is owned by Newcomb Properties LLC and is zoned Commercial.

ELEMENT by WESTIN at EASTVIEW MALL, located at Eastview Mall Drive, is requesting approval to develop a new 4-story 23,580 sf hotel with 123 rooms on 91.4-acre parcel. It is located on the west side of the mall property on a existing paved parking lot between JC Penny and the former Lord and Taylor. The property is owned by Eastview Mall LLC and is zoned Commercial.
