TOWN OF VICTOR – LEHIGH PLACE APARTMENTS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing shall be held on January 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider an application from Auburn Trail Properties LLC (“ATP”) requesting a re-zoning of 14.2± acres of property located on the east side of Victor Heights Parkway, north of Route 251 Tax Map #15.00-2-14.21 which is located within the Town’s Route 96/251 Overlay District (the “Property”) from a LI (Light Industrial) district to a Planned Development District (“PDD”). Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM on January 6, 2025. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork.
