LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Andrew Lindsay, 69 Hillcrest Dr., for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code section § 170-41 Livestock. A. No lot may be used or occupied, and no structure may be erected, maintained or used for harboring, raising or in connection with any transaction for profit of livestock. B. No storage of manure, other animal waste, or dust- or odor-producing substances shall be allowed. The applicant is requesting a small flock of ducks and two dwarf goats as pets. The property is located in the R-1 (one-family residential) District.
