LEGAL NOTICE
Please take notice that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees passed a resolution at their October 7, 2024 meeting authorizing the Treasurer to transfer $3,500 from the Computer Reserve Fund to Account A1680.4 – Data Processing for change orders for the Cloud-based Server Hosting Agreement and replacing the Mayor’s laptop.
This transfer is subject to a permissive referendum. All petitions seeking a permissive referendum must be filed with the office of the Village Clerk, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York within 30 days of the date of this notice.
