NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - TOWN OF VICTOR PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TO AMEND TOWN OF VICTOR FENCE CODE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Victor Town Planning Department has proposed an amendment to Chapter §211-41 Fences and Chapter §211-12 Word usage; definitions. The draft local law has been submitted for the Town Board’s review and is on file with the Town Clerk; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing regarding the proposed Local Law amendment shall be held on October 15, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM on October 15, 2024. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork.
