LEGAL NOTICE
Please take notice that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees passed a resolution at their September 3, 2024 meeting authorizing the Treasurer to transfer $7,000 from the Computer Reserve Fund to Account A1680.4 – Data Processing for Cloud-based Server Hosting Agreement set up and 9 months of maintenance.
This transfer is subject to a permissive referendum. All petitions seeking a permissive referendum must be filed with the office of the Village Clerk, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York within 30 days of the date of this notice.
