NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
TOWN OF VICTOR - PROPOSED LOCAL LAWS TO AMEND TOWN OF VICTOR CODE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Victor Town Planning Department has proposed amendments to Chapter §211-41 Fences and Chapter §211-12 Word usage; definitions, Chapter §211-27.16 Cannabis Retail Dispensary Overlay District and Chapter §83-4 (I) Construction Codes, Uniform; Time limits.
The draft local laws have been submitted for the Town Board’s review and are on file with the Town Clerk; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing regarding the proposed Local Law amendments shall be held on September 9, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM on September 9, 2024. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork.
