A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, August 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
VICTOR EXCAVATING, 784 Old Dutch Road, seeking an area variance to construct a storage shed 10’ from the side setback where 30’ is required as stated in Schedule II Height and Area Requirements. The property lies within the light industrial zoning district and the Route 96/251 overlay and is owned by Victor Real Estate Corp.
