LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF VICTOR – NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM REGARDING PROPOSED 805 WANGUM ROAD SEWER EXTENSION TO TOWN OF VICTOR CONSOLIDATED SEWER DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on May 28, 2024 the Victor Town Board approved and authorized by Resolution the requested sewer extension and said Resolution is summarized as follows:
Route 251 Acquisition, LLC submitted a Sanitary Sewer District Extension Engineers’ Report requesting an extension of the Town of Victor Consolidated Sewer District to include a 0.54-acre parcel located at 805 Wangum Road, Tax Map No. 15.01-1.2, copies of which are available for public inspection at the Victor Town Clerk’s Office. Route 251 Acquisition, LLC owns the property and has agreed to pay any and all costs associated with the proposed Sewer Extension; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, the Victor Town Board conducted an uncoordinated review of the proposed Sewer Extension pursuant to SEQRA and upon a thorough review of the potential environmental impacts, the Town Board issued a negative declaration pursuant to 6 NYCRR § 617.7 of the SEQRA regulations; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a public hearing for the proposed Sewer Extension was posted and held at the Victor Town Hall on May 28, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., and that this Resolution is subject to permissive referendum and a petition opposing said Resolution must be filed within 30 days after adoption of the Resolution.
