TOWN OF VICTOR LSI BAKER BUILDING UTILITIES 805 WANGUM ROAD SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT EXTENSION
PROJECT SUMMARY & NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the following is a summary of the Route 251 Acquisition, LLC (LSI Solutions, Inc.) request for an extension of the Town of Victor Consolidated Sewer District to include a 0.54-acre parcel at 805 Wangum Road, Tax Map # 15.01-01-02, which was accepted by the Victor Town Board on May 13, 2024;
The parcel contains the former 3,200 square foot Baker Automotive Building, a one-story masonry structure located on the east side of the road approximately 556 feet north of the Route 251 intersection. No new structures are planned as part of this application.
The parcel is adjacent to the existing sanitary sewer district on the north and east but is not in the district because it is currently using an on-site septic system. A sanitary pump station and forcemain is proposed to replace the existing on-site sewage disposal system. The forcemain will connect to the Town of Victor sanitary manhole on the west side of Wangum Road. Work on the interior of the building is underway and construction of the sanitary pump station is planned for the late spring of 2024.
The proposed sanitary sewer district extension will not have any financial impact on the district (Town Law, S 190-C), as the applicant will bear all costs including installation of the sanitary pump station, force main and associated restoration. The connection fee and future sewer district taxes will be paid by the owner.
Please be further advised that the Town Board of the Town of Victor shall meet at the Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, on May 28, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the proposed LSI Solutions Extension, at which time and place all interested persons may be heard.
Please be further advised that a full copy of the proposed LSI Solutions Extension is available for public viewing at the Town of Victor Clerk’s office.
