NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF VICTOR - LARGE-SCALE SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Victor Town Board is proposing a Local Law imposing a six-month moratorium on the review, approval, permitting and/or the construction of large-scale solar energy systems in the Town of Victor; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing regarding the proposed Local Law shall be held on March 25, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM on March 25, 2024. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork.
