NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF VICTOR - PROPOSED LOCAL LAWS TO AMEND CHAPTER 175 STORM DRAINAGE & CHAPTER 184 SUBDIVISION OF LAND
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Victor Town Planning Department has identified the need to amend a proposed Local Law amending Chapter 175 to list the Stormwater Program Manager as enforcement officer for stormwater related concerns instead of Project Coordinator; and to amend Chapter 184 to reflect the new policy of the Town collecting the 4% construction inspection fee separate from the Letter of Credit. The draft local laws have been submitted for the Town Board’s review and are on file with the Town Clerk; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing regarding the Local Law amendments being proposed shall be held on February 26, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM on February 26, 2024. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork.
