ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Town of Victor will receive sealed bids for the Revised Sanitary Sewer Connection to PS-28. Sealed Bids will be received, and bids publicly opened and read at the following place and time:

Time: 9:00 am, local time
Base Bid: The project consists of the installation of a new sanitary doghouse manhole and sanitary sewer connection to an existing pump station, abandonment of sanitary manholes and sanitary sewer, and necessary by-pass pumping.
Add Alternate: The add alternate consists primarily of lining the modified manhole that will be converted into a straight pipe run with cured-in-place pipe.
The foregoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under each contract. Plans and specifications are available for inspection at the following location(s) and may be obtained upon payment of seventy-five ($75) dollars for each set of documents requested.

Check for Plans and Specifications shall be made payable to the Town of Victor. If you would like Plans and Specifications mailed to you, please enclose an additional check for twenty-five ($25) per set made payable to Rotolite Elliott. This option is only available through Rotolite Elliott.

The successful bidder(s) must self-perform at a minimum 50% of the contracted work.
Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
The Town of Victor is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid.
The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
The Town of Victor reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Town of Victor further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
