LEGAL NOTICE

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS – REPLACEMENT FOR ONSITE WATER TREATMENT (SEPTIC) SYSTEM PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York that sealed bids will be received at the Fishers Fire District, Station #2, 380 High Street Victor. New York. 14564 for the  following:

Fishers Fire District No. 1 Replacement Onsite Water Treatment System

Project Location: 7853 Main Street, Fishers, NY 14453

Sealed bids will be received until Monday, February 26, 2024 at 4:00PM, EST at the Fishers Fire Station #2, 380 High Street Victor. New York 14564 at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.

Copies of the Bidding documents and specification sheets setting forth the terms  of the Bidding and detailed specifications may be obtained May be obtained online at www.fishersfd.org, or by contacting Commissioner Tony Carfagno at 585-662-3948 or tcarfagno@fishersfd.org.

No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within ( 60) calendar days after the opening of Bids. All Bids submitted must include a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification pursuant to the requirements of Section 103-D of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. The District reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all  Bids.

The proposal shall be endorsed on the outside with the name of the Bidder, the business address and telephone   number to which communications may be sent, and be designated that a Bid is enclosed.  Bidders shall not include in their Bid proposal sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of counties, or cities, on all materials. equipment and supplies incorporated in this project.
