A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, February 5, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
PORTLAND, 242 Co Rd 9, seeking a use variance to utilize the property as a venue to periodically host outdoor events such as small weddings. These events will be limited to 50 persons or less. They would be held inside/under a temporary 20' x 30' tent. This parcel lies within the Residential 2 Zoning district and is owned by Lance and Melanie Portland.
