GLAZER, 204 Miles Cutting Lane, for an Area Variance to place an inground pool 10’ away from the rear setback where §211-21.1 C. states 15’ is required. This parcel lies within the LDD Zoning district and is owned by Steven Glazer.
HELLINGER, 6850 Co Rd 41, for an Area Variance for an existing fireplace bump out 38.3’ away from the rear setback where §211-34 states 40’ is required. This parcel lies within the Residential 2 Zoning district and is owned by Scott Hellinger.
