VANDERSTYNE, 85 Barchan Dune Rise, for an Area Variance requesting a setback reduction for an accessory structure (detached garage) from the required 15 feet to 9 feet 11 inches to be constructed at 85 Barchan Dune Rise. This parcel lies within the Residential 2 Zoning district and is owned by Gerald Vanderstyne.
