NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TO AMEND CONIFER VILLAGE AT EASTVIEW PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Victor received an application requesting to amend the Conifer Village at Eastview Planned Development District (PDD) located at 7410 Forest Trail, Tax Map #1.02-1-2.100; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE a public hearing will be held at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York on July 24, at 7:00 pm at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM on July 24, 2023. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork.
