A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the area variance application of 770 Canning Parkway, LLC, 1950 Brighton Henrietta Townline Road, Rochester for a 24.5 sf monument sign at 770 Canning Parkway, Victor whereas §165-5B(1) indicates a monument sign shall be no greater than 20 sf. The sign is 27’ from the pavement edge whereas §165-4B(6) indicates that a sign shall be a minimum of 35’ from the pavement edge and the sign would list 2 tenants, whereas §165-5B(1) indicates that only the name of the plaza or building is allowed. The property is zoned Light Industrial and owned by the applicant.
